Wreak22, the shoe is the actual work of art, not the picture. From your logic, if I went to the louvre in paris, and took a picture of the Mona Lisa, then I could say my picture was a work of art. I’m far from ignorant, I just don’t see the accomplishment in taking pictures of somebody elses work of art. A clothing designer at nike designed the shoes, just as davinci painted the mona lisa.
