the inside is koo, too bad you can’t really see the inside of shoe. the red tag on white tongue also looks pretty clean. probably won’t cop unless i’m overflowing with cash

Feelin the colors, double swoosh and the sole Let’s hope they don’t change it to a white midsole before it drops. Gotta say, Nike got cheap with their choice of the spotted leather here, looks butter-stained. Couldn’t ostrich be used for the lobster texture? That White tongue is tough.

Nike SB hasn’t been about pure skateboarding in awhile. Especially the dunk. You’d be more likely to find a serious basketball player hooping in Air ones than an actually skateboarding grinding it out in a pair of SB dunks. U wanna real skate shoe…Zoom Tres or abbington are your best bet…. check out this website chumps:

rich youre somewhat right in my opinion. nike sb needs to get its shit together and start making dunks for skating again, nice clean looking ones without all this shit on them. that being said, i think dunks skate extremely well, maybe just cause ive gotten used to the feel but i cant skate tres or any other sb

P Rod 2’s are my current favorite to skate in, but the team editions hold up well too. Dunks should be made with crazy materials, but durable stuff that will last if you DO decide to skate in ‘em. (Which I eventually do….)

It may appear that Nike has fallen away from skateboarding, but you have to look at what happened. Nike worked so hard in limiting their retail outlets for the skate shoes and trying to make it about the culture and not whore themselves out like everyone was afraid of. But the problem is they did it to well and now everyone is collecting these shoes because they are hard to find. I like the fact that they come up with these different packs and styles, most are hot. And you cant blame Nike because kids dont skate the shoes. You have to blame the fact that everyone eats the shoes up once they drop so most skaters miss out. Or, when they do get them they dont want to mess their shoes up. It’s a supply and demand thing. But you cant hate on Nike for getting creative and causing a hype with their styles. Take a look at every other shoe company trying to copy what Nike has done. From Reebok with their horror packs, voltron pack etc. to Pro Keds with their horror pack. Nike makes hot stuff. They need to focus more on their clothing and accesory line. And reading these blogs would greatly help them too. Some colorways are amazing and then others look like the person just took a style chance and lost. Also Nike needs to stop dropping samples with amazing details and then getting cheap when it comes to production. Prime example is the horror pack with Freddy and Jason. They dropped the crazy but hot Freddy shoe completely after trying to pass off some crappy production model. And then for the Jason shoe they just put some fake blood paint on the toe cap and got rid of the mask design. Deinitely killed the shoes. Nike is doing good they jsut need a better design and markerting team.

The one guy is correct, nike sbs are made to be skated in but i gaurantee 90% of people who buy sbs, get them just for resell value or just to collect. Gaurantee they also barely know anythign about skateboarding. SB = Skateboarding there not called Nike CO (collectors) or Nike RS (resell). I love sbs but they get hype over people like that
