Without further adieu, here is the first inside look of SOLERHYTHM, a new community-based commerce site set to launch a Public Beta in December. It’s primary focus is online trading similar to the style and format you see in forums such as ours and ISS, but tools that are as powerful or if not stronger than what eBay has to offer. SOLERHYTHM main purpose is to create a secure environment that emulates day to day, face to face organic transactions. Being an invite only community everyone will be linked to someone as a point of reference. It takes exactly everything that is lacking from a Forum transactions into one condensed package.

Every item that is sold or purchase has a history, meaning you can track back to a sneakers original owner and/or point of origin as well easily relist items you have purchased with a simple click of a button. No listing is set on a ‘timed auction’ but rather it is always available until the buyer and seller reach a negotiated offer. Users will simply have a bump button to throw their listing back to the top. We have created algorithms to weed out known lowballers and deadbeat bidders from ever having a chance to waste your time in a thread.

Looking for a particular sneaker, but don’t have the time to dig through site ? Not a problem, SR will instantly notify you via SMS of an item that matches what you are looking for. These are just a few of the stepping stones that we have implemented so far and want to leave the rest somewhat in anticipation on release. The main interface you will be greeted with will show a listing of the most current 25 active items for a particular size category.

In the listing picture above the top 7 images are basically going to be a rotating list of items and/or members depending on how you customize your settings. Below you see the actual listing with its functionality. Close your thread simply by clicking on the lock button and your finished. Users who are inactive over a certain period of time listings will be visible but locked from purchase. As you see SR is providing a great resource in online trade in the scene, tons of information at your tips for point of references as seen by the 9 smaller icons below, those are all the users I have completed transactions with and will lead directly to the feedback received from them.

SR is expected to go into private beta shortly, and then transition into a Public Beta from everyone who has signed up. Then it will be locked down to invites only. If anythings for certain this should be interesting to see how it pans out.
