The ‘internet game’ (meh..) has reached a new level. Fuck… 2 years ago when I created this site I would of never once in my mind thought I would see the day Keds, that if I’m right were found in K-mart and Payless Shoes Stores would take a shot into the main stream sneaker game. Shit what’s next, Urban-Pro Wings… Super Attack Forces ? Those shoes were the same kicks that you would get your ass joked and handed to you for rocking back in the day…
So let alone I dug a little deeper only to click on the link to Pro-Keds to hear Dame Dash curse up a storm about Hustling. Great, an excuse for selling out, ‘Im Hustlin’. Now, i’ll say this I got had mad respect for this dude who started Roc-A-Fella records and helped carve out Reasonable Doubt. But Pro-Keds… shit is for the birds as REBble would say.. If you want to laugh at some shit like I am at 2:30 in the morning… goto Pro-Keds.com and learn how to hustle.
Some shit is just better off left alone.. Friends don’t let friends rock Keds.

Pro keds vintage collection is clean and tight. It’s painful to listen to dash. the urban collection and the rocawear shoes are derivative and boring.
Someone obviously doesn’t know their sneaker history. Pro-Keds WERE the sneaker game before there was one. Kareem & Tiny Archibald endorsed them, and we all know b-ball players influence on urban culture. And like Vivid said, every NYC b-boy rocked Pro-Keds. You would almost get clowned if you didn’t have them…except cats weren’t as juvenile back then.
Pro-Keds were made by Keds sometime in the 60’s or 70’s. In 2005 they re-entered the market, thanks to Damon Dash. Know your stuff.
