they were NOT arrested for skateboarding. they were arrested for resisting a cop. get the facts straight. damn. no one gets arrested for skateboarding… worst is that they get kicked off property.

Alright, for the person that said they got arrested for resisting the cop, the reason they resisted is because he nearly beat the shit out of one of the kids. I’d run, and so would other people i know if the cop was going to tackle 13 year olds when he’s probably pushing 250lbs.

Believe it or not, no matter what the cop said before hand, he ordered the kid to come to him. If you run from a cop, expect to get tackled and arrested.
